The location is great, with a short walk to the village and all the action. the area is relatively quiet at night. the bungalows are cute and there is a cool little bar area with a pool in the middle. the staff is nice and helpful. There are also cats in the reception/restaurant area that are awesome. Everything at Phi Phi is a bit overpriced, but it's expected.
Rooms are old and in need of updating. They are quite dirty, including the bed sheets.

The check-in and check-out process was quick and efficient, which was a relief after a long journey. The air conditioning in the bungalow worked well, providing a comfortable escape from the hot weather. One of the best aspects was the location of the bungalows, as they are situated a bit away from the tourist center, resulting in fewer people passing by and less noise.
The bungalow itself had poor insulation, which allowed mosquitos and noise to enter the room. Additionally, the swimming pool was not clean and seemed more like a pond than a proper pool.
